Personal Assistant

I'm autistic
Need help to include housework and shopping for 3hrs.
Need an early start before 930am one week day morning only.
Must be kind, flexible and respectful of my cognitive difficulties and my belongings.
Trial preferred.
I suffer very intense shutdowns due to anxiety, depression and sensory sensitivities. I need a PA who understands I may not be able to communicate sometimes.
I also take regular self funded respite breaks and so the PA would not be needed about 3 days a year on those weeks.
Car driver essential.
I'm 56 and live just outside Eastbourne.
