Female Client 56yrs of age has ABI - Is hearing and visually impaired. Support is required from a patient and understanding PA with experience of sensory and physical impairments to complete weekly shop at ASDA. Domestic tasks such as hoovering, dusting etc. To support with putting out rubbish and support with paperwork and telephone calls.
