PA sought for creative female in Rottingdean

I am looking for a PA for myself, someone who is a kind, and considerate assistant and car owner/driver with a person-centred, friendly approach, to focus on supporting a creative female in Rottingdean (me), with personal care/prompting, day to day tasks, organisation of home, domestic duties including decluttering/ cleaning/tidying, housekeeping, shopping, support with some admin/phone calls and help with getting to appointments/days out.
I currently have a fractured foot, due to a fall, so my mobility is restricted and I am on crutches (recovery time approx. three months). I am attending hospital for treatment for this injury, so will currently need support with travelling to hospital and GP appointments.
I also manage some long-term health conditions.
You need to have a person-centred and professional approach, and be well educated and a fluent English speaker. Computer and tech-literacy a plus.
A background in personal assistant/care work and an interest in books/creative arts preferred.
Hours and pay negotiable.
References required.
