Out-and-about help required

I'm looking for somebody to take my 75-year-old mum out once a week, preferably on a Tuesday or Wednesday. My mum has mild dementia and a osteoarthritis which has an impact on her mobility. She likes drives in the country and short walks if her mobility allows. She's also considering taking up chair yoga so if we can find a suitable class.
